No matter the issue the staff were more than helpful. Our room was newly decorated and contemporary, it had a pillow-top mattress and hypoallergenic pillows. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and it was convenient to have a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator.

The deluxe double room exceeded expectations and provided great value for the stay.

I appreciated staying in this nicely appointed and incredibly beautiful hotel based in a historic building. Booked a room with microwave very convenient. The location was favourable and the staff was welcoming and very welcoming during the whole stay! There was pizzeria Cafe Palazzo, that I found within 15 minutes' walk of the property.

Poor bathroom facility. Very old installations and furniture. The heating system was in poor condition. No regular cleaning services of the room.

Location providing proximity to public transport restaurants shopping and easy access to city.

Noise from adjoining apartment that partied until 3.20am on first night and planes flying over from airport but fortunately they stopped soon after 10.00pm and it was very quiet until 6.00am

Friendly and helpful staff everywhere, great customer service. Easy parking on the streets nearby 👍.

Perhaps parking. If you get in late your parking outside your room may be taken.
